Statewide Business Association to Focus on Quality of Place Initiatives

Kansas business leaders announce the roll out of the Kansas Business Roundtable. KBR is organized to provide business leaders with an open source process to place public policy concerns on the table and challenge each other to create Kansas solutions. The association is proudly focused on quality of place initiatives and defines them in five pillars that support our citizens and our State.

Bruce Witt, President of the Kansas Business Roundtable and Chief Advocacy Officer at Ascension Via Christi, stated, “The pillars of healthcare, workforce, infrastructure, innovation, and civil society are foundational to every citizen and how we live together. We anticipate KBR will be an additional resource for many Kansas business leaders to have meaningful conversations about how to build a Kansas for the next generation.”

The Kansas Business Roundtable is a statewide, member driven, 501(c)(6) not-for-profit organized to stimulate the development and free interchange of information pertaining to Kansas public policy. In the tradition of member driven organizations, ours is a cooperative agency of good citizenship in industry and commerce. It is our hope the activities of this organization provide a forum for the exchange of information that will improve how we work live and play in Kansas. KBR is not affiliated with any other group.
