Issues in Civil Society / Good Governance
Better Organization
Engaging in a continual review of how Kansans want to interact with our government is a shared responsibility. Proactively discussing how local governments interact with state governments; how local school districts interact with the state school boards deserves a place for review.
Judicial Stability
Kansans’ rely on our courts to manage disputes, interpret our laws and apply a level of equitable justice we all agree is appropriate. To accomplish these tasks our judicial branch must have financial stability to full execute their sworn duties and businesses need to methodically review the state of our judiciary.
Governmental Dependability
Kansans express how they want to our government to organize around solving tasks through legislative action. Understanding how additional burdens layered on to our government may increase or decrease the ability of our institutions to properly deliver need a place to be assessed.
